Unless the power is purposefully concealed, mages have the ability to sense magical power in others. This applies both to humans and to magical items as well as barriers. In addition to this, Rin has affinity with "All Five Great Elements," so if your character's magical ability is noticeable and is aligned with a specific element (or the character has some kind of attribute that is element aligned) feel free to include that!

Lies of P is heavy-handed with its nods to Gnosticism but the short of it is - the energy source that powers Pinocchio's unfortunately-named heart (P-Organ) is the stratified lifespan and memories of a once-living being he was designed to resemble. He has since absorbed the Ergo of thousands as well as came into contact with the severed arm of a shattered elder god, and came out on the other side of it immortal and somewhere between a human and a machine.
Can Rin Sense this: She can, if you feel this falls under her magical sensitivities! If not, that's also fine!
Magical/Non-Magical: My Character is Magical, lightly - she has a gift of the god of nature in the form of the spell Photosynthesis. Her wounds automatically gradually heal themselves, as long as she's in direct sunlight.
Other Notes: He has some other, spoiler-y magical details, but they're purposefully concealed. His level of spiritual power is considered "average" for a god.
Magical/Non-Magical: My Character is Magical. He's got two things: a contract with a white snake (that I won't be regaining or NPCing), and a trinket with the elemental power of…tree. The former grants him the ability to swap toxins, medical conditions, and life force (I guess…prana, in Fate/ terms???) between people, while the latter (currently inert) is the manifestation of his ambition and is capable of plant-themed magic and healing

Other Notes: i don't know if this would matter in their interactions or "count" as far as being able to be detected, but tomura has a quirk (ability) that allows him to steal and stockpile other people's quirks. IT SEEMS that these stolen quirks retain the identities/impressions/memories(???) of the person they belonged to and they exist as "vestiges" in some kind of mental/spiritual landscape within their current owner, with some limited ability to affect or communicate with the physical world/select people who can perceive them. the average person in mha canon doesn't detect this at all, but anyone with energy- or life force-sensing abilities MAYBE can? i leave it up to you.

Always sleeved and gloved up, the Azure Grimoire is a powerful magic construct that took the shape of his arm after it got cut off. It can grant non-magically inclined people the aptitude to use Ars Magus (blending science & magic.) Ragna can create barriers with a physical appearance akin to complex magic circles, turn himself invisible, and augment his Azure Grimoire's unique powers in channelling darkness based attacks and its innate nature of draining life force. Of the Five Great Elements, it's probably the closest to Ether.

Other Notes: The House has nerfed the Azure Grimoire so that it does not suck the life out of people just by being touched. Beneath his sleeve it's been described as purely black, though if one pays close attention, they might see faint signs of jagged red lines along the inside.

Can Rin Sense this: Fine with her sensing that he has a very high affinity for water, though I would prefer to keep the knowledge that he's specifically a dragon under wraps for now. She's welcome to tell that he's not fully human (though the pointed ears and blue feelers sprouting off his head are very likely a giveaway anyway.....). If you do think of a situation where it would be interesting that she find out he's a dragon, let me know; I'm open to the knowledge being discovered but it would require some plotting beforehand.
Rin is canonically terrible with technology. A combination of being raised on magic/by an Old Fashioned Mage, and a "family curse" makes it so that she comically struggles with anything more advanced than a flip phone. HOWEVER, I understand not everyone finds this enjoyable. Just reply here letting me know if you have a certain threshold for this kind of thing (misfired texts= ✔, accidental videos= ✘), or would like to opt out of it entirely.
Off-topic but it will fluster Pinocchio that a curse meant to come into play with mere technology has any impact on him since he considers himself more on the human side (puppet, a real boy, etc.), I'd still laugh if this resulted in minor glitches like his Legion Arm (metal prosthetic arm) locking up, but it's not a requirement.
As for network fuck ups: I am happy to get misfired texts and accidental videos. Rin being a disaster with technology and her CR trying to handle it for her (because that goes over well!) is cute and wonderful. I love the laugh rule.
