Eins

For the elements, silver and iron. For the foundation, stone and the Archduke of Pacts. And for the ancestor, my great master, Schweinorg. Close the gates of the four directions. Come forth from the Crown and follow the forked road leading to the Kingdom. Fill, fill, fill, fill, fill. Repeat five times. When each is filled, destroy it. Set.
Heed my words. My will creates your body, and your sword creates my destiny. If you heed the Grail's call and obey my will and reason, then answer me! I hereby swear that I shall be all the good in the world. That I shall defeat all evil in the world. Thou Seventh Heaven, clad in the three great words of power, come forth from the circle of binding, Guardian of the Scales!
[This is a master (haha) post for Fate/PSLs! If you need anything specific tailored to your character (like a starter that doesn't start with the summoning like the above) let me know! We'll work something out over PM or Plurk.]

Once the magic settled and the light faded, details of the figure became more clear. An average sized man, clad in blue with white pants and blue boots. His hair a vibrant red, bold like fire, but his eyes, clear and blue like water. For the moment, he carried no weapon... and to be honest, his overall demeanor seemed quite humble.
Strange, for a Heroic Spirit.
The Servant looked over to Rin once he got his bearings, and spoke in a calm, polite voice.]
Are you my Master? The one who called for me?

On her hand are three red marks. Her Command Seals that allow her three inviolable orders.]
I am, but who are you? What kind of Heroic Spirit are you?

He only offered a small chuckle and an earnest smile.]
Forgive me, but you surely know I cannot tell you who I am. Not yet, anyway. I can tell you "What," though: I am what you see before you, and for now, you can call me "Saber."
Might I ask your name, in spite of my own lack of manners?

Tohsaka Rin.
[Her eyes narrow — keen on observing his reaction.]

I see. It's a pleasure. May our fortunes in seeking the Holy Grail together be blessed.
[Honestly, the sincerity in the statement is almost sickening.]
Though it is a shame that it must come to a war to claim it, I am prepared to do what I must in your name to achieve victory. So long as you would not have me do harm to the innocent in the process, that is.
[The first bit of actual authority entered into his tone entered his voice in the latter sentiment. Though it was not strictly overbearing, there was a certain gravitas behind it nonetheless.]

And yet Rin is annoyed. Maybe offended that he'd even suggest she'd do something like that, but as a mage it should be a given she'll do what's necessary... Perhaps it's more that she hates being told what to do, and to have it come from someone who should be under her command makes the thorn dig a little deeper. It's not his place to say!]
So if you don't tell me your name, how are we supposed to strategize?
[After all knowing your servant's Noble Phantasm and its limits is important.]

He hummed for a moment, thinking on her question. Unfortunately, he couldn't really come up with a way around it on the spot.
He sighed, shrugging gently.]
...Forgive me. I've been most imprudent to you.
My true name... is Roland. I was chief among His Majesty Charlemagne's Paladins. Though I would prefer to be called something else. I do not particularly enjoy the notoriety associated with my name. I was simply a proud knight serving his king. I scarcely believe I am worthy of being a true Heroic Spirit.
[With that, it's fairly obvious what his Noble Phantasm should be: Durandal, the unbreakable sacred sword capable of cleaving mountains in half.]
...If you would, you may call me Eliwood instead, if you do not wish to use my title.

[She had always intended on calling him that, but Rin is never keen on being denied something she feels she needs. Now that she has her hands on the information she wants it's no longer an issue. Rin turns, walking away from the summon circle, to begin heading out of the room.]
It's late. My mana reaches its peak at 2am, so I should probably head to bed now that we're finished in here.

The hour is indeed late, and I can only imagine the ritual must have taken something of a toll. If you would allow it, I will stand vigil for the rest of the night. I will not allow anyone to threaten you while you rest.
And come the morning, we can speak of strategy, like you wanted. I am at your service.

Mm, yes. I will see you tomorrow. The house has its own defenses, but I will appreciate the extra watchful eye.
[He'll find the house to be quite large. Plenty of space for foot traffic in the halls with many rooms. It also seems like they're on the second floor when they walk by a large flight of stairs.]
