Then we better be wary about being followed. It's another block or so to the bus stop. You can dematerialize now, though.

[A suggestion he probably won't like, but that means even another magus won't know he's there unless their servant tells them.]

Kinda have the feeling that a pretty girl like you walking alone at night is gonna get a lot more unwanted attention than I am.

[Besides, it's dark. Recognizable or not, his face isn't gonna be spotted easily.]

Oh, is that what you're worried about, Saber? How noble of you to escort a lady alone in the dark. But I'll have you know that kind of trouble isn't more than a girl like me can handle.

[Yes. This is what you get for calling her pretty.]

[He glares daggers at her and his temper gets the better of him. The last thing he wants to be called is something stupid like noble.]

It's not that you can't handle it! But I'm your goddamned servant, so you shouldn't have to!

[erbe]

[Oh, he's angry! She laughs and takes a few hurried steps away from him to get out of his reach should he want to grab at her.]

Oh, look at that! Who would have thought my Saber would be so bent on protecting my honor! Truly I'm blessed.

[It's obviously clear she's mocking him, even without the playful laughter falling from her lips.]

[He could sweat that he's got a vein throbbing just now. You try to do something decent and this is what you have to put up with...]

Tch. See if I care, then. Unless it's another mage or servant, you're on your own.

[And he stubbornly even goes invisible too. If that's how she wants it!]

[Rin giggles for a short period longer before taking off towards the bus stop again. This way dematerializing was his choice/idea, and she won't hear him complaining about how they messed up and now he can't enjoy the world.

Besides, she's more than familiar with Fuyuki at night. Rin folds her hands behind her back. She smiles silently as the grow closer to the station.]

[avaricious]

[That's fine. Whatever. It's not like he can't deck any fools who get too close even if he is invisible.

Besides. It'll save on the bus pass if she doesn't have to pay for him. But this doesn't stop him from deciding to kick an empty can in front of him as they walk. Because that's just the sort of thing Rin needs for normality is the sight of a can just bouncing on its own.]

[Rin huffs when she sees it. At least there's a small winter breeze to blame it on. But it's not so far into the night time that they can do what they please. The young mage shoots a look where she assumes he is based on how the can flew.

He can't be doing that! Especially not when they finally reach the bus stop, and she takes a seat on the bench to wait.]

[avaricious]

[The bus stop is mercifully empty at least, which gives Greed ample opportunity to take a seat as well right down next to her. Short of him actually carrying her on his back, this is the closest they've been to each other since his summoning.]

You know, you really are cute when you get all scowly like that.

[erbe]

[Tohsaka's frown deepens. She stares straight ahead on purpose just to avoid any strange looks from possible passersby.]

S—shut up. That's not relevant to anything.

[avaricious]

Sure it is. After all, when I get my wish, I might just want to keep you around afterwards.

[The Ruler of the World is gonna need someone by his side, after all.]

[erbe]

And who says I'm charmed enough to want to stick around?

[Now she looks at where his voice is coming from with a cocked brow.]

[avaricious]

Oh? Guess I'll just have to include that in my wish, then.

[He sounds nonchalant about that. Casually tying in the fate of another person to be bound to him via the wish of some mystic mcguffin isn't really that big of a deal, if the impression he's giving is to be believed.]

[erbe]

Are you kidding? You've known me for a day.

[He didn't really seem to like her all that much the first day, after all.]

True, but it's a lot longer than I've known anyone else around here.

[Which... isn't saying much. But he isn't called Greed for nothing.]

[erbe]

You might want to hold off on making any concrete decisions in regards to that.

[Rin stands. The bus pulls up just as she begins smoothing out her skirt. She makes sure her entire image is absolutely perfect before stepping onto the bus. She couldn't do too much about the blood in her hair, but whatever was on her skin got wiped off with her scarf. And that scarf is now folded expertly to hide the stains.]

[Even at night, there's no point in adding any complications by his physical space hogging room on the bus. The last thing he needs is someone trying to sit on his lap mid-ride. So while Rin climbs in, he hops on board the bus with a gentle thump that has the driver give a curious look at the ceiling, but not enough to investigate it. Meanwhile, Greed sits cross legged and prepares to get some much needed alone time.]
