Atop which set little sandwiches that have the crust delicately removed and portioned into small rectangles that may only take a bite or too. The way everything is piled and stacked is generous, but each portion individually being dainty fits the style of the shop.
Only when the server leaves does she follow up — making sure her question isn't avoided:]
